Literatuuronderzoek
Om een idee te krijgen van wat er bekend is over goede samenwerking tussen huisarts en
wijkverpleging is een systematisch literatuuronderzoek gedaan waarin is gezocht naar empirisch
onderzoek over samenwerkingsverbanden tussen huisartsen en wijkverpleging.
Welke speciale initiatieven zijn beschreven in de onderzoeksliteratuur en welke effecten hebben zij op
de zorg?
We hebben ons daarbij niet alleen gericht op palliatieve zorg, omdat mogelijk buiten de palliatieve
zorg ook goede voorbeelden van initiatieven tot samenwerking zijn beschreven. Hiervoor is de
volgende zoekstrategie gebruikt:

Met deze zoekstrategie zijn 2862 artikelen gevonden.
Na het beoordelen van abstract + titels bleven er 37 relevante publicaties over die gaan over de
samenwerking in de thuiszorg. Ongeveer de helft van deze publicaties betrof een onderzoek
gerelateerd aan de Gold Standards Framework. Uit deze publicaties hebben we er 4 geselecteerd die
mogelijk interessant zijn voor PaTz deelnemers die geïnteresseerd zijn in wat meer
achtergrondinformatie over samenwerken binnen de thuiszorg. Daarnaast hebben we 2 publicaties die
niet over de Gold Standards Framework gaan geselecteerd, omdat ze interessant zijn voor PaTz
deelnemers.
